3. Counter-notices
A user whose material was removed may submit a legally sufficient counter-notice. When the law permits, material may be restored after the statutory waiting period unless the claimant provides notice of a filed court action.
4. Repeat infringement
AroundThomasville may terminate or restrict accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and does not interfere with standard technical measures used to protect copyrighted works.
5. Designated agent
To rely on the federal DMCA safe harbor for hosted user content, the site operator should register a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and publish that agent’s current name, address, phone number and email here.
